Born and brought up in Ladakh, Gurmet had the curiosity to explore the modern world outside of the Himalayas. He did most of his studies outside his hometown, where he learned media and managerial skills. Coming back to Ladakh, he got the opportunity to apply those skills at Naropa Fellowship programme in Ladakh. He has over 6 years of experience with organizations such as Live to Love and Naropa Fellowship.

Through Frozen Media Consultancy, he is fully committed towards the growth of media and communication across the Himalayas.

Abhijeet Kalakoti is a freelance visual artist and has 3 years of experience in motion arts, mainly in films. He studied Journalism and Mass Communication. He has been a part of Goonj Grassroots, Teach for India and the Naropa Fellowship (2022) post his graduation. Over the time, he has freelanced as a writer, editor and camera person for various individuals and organizational firms.

During the Naropa Fellowship, he co-founded Frozen Media Consultancy.
